Mainpoint are currently looking to fill the following position within the company- a Fire and Security Sales Executive role.

Mainpoint Fire and Security Sales Executive

We are an award winning local fire protection specialist based in Cheltenham established since 1991 and having over 100 years combined employee experience in Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting Systems, Fire extinguishers, Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Training. Due to expansion the need has arisen for a Sales Executive to join our experienced team.

You will be based within commuting distance or within Gloucestershire and report to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for generating new leads and sales from businesses within the County and M5 corridor as well as following up leads from our existing customer base.

A proven track record of sales of similar products will add credibility to your application. An individual who is dynamic, tenacious and self motivated will fit well within our company culture.

Sales Executive's Duties and Responsibilities:
• To represent the company's interests and project an appropriate image to the customer by displaying a high degree of professionalism, competence and attention to customer needs.
• Plan and organise the working day to achieve a productive daily call rate.
• Provide verbal and written quotations to supply the company's products and services within the pricing structures published by the company and to achieve its gross margin targets.
• After full product training, to have the ability to work within legislative guidelines for fire safety ensuring that all advice and recommendations given to customers comply with these guidelines.
• Maintain good business working relations with both the sales and service teams and the customer.

Sales Executive Skills required:

• Previous sales experience (Ideally within service industry though this is not essential.)
• Strong interpersonal skills and motivation
• Ability to communicate with and react positively to customer requirements
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Desire to be successful

The salary package includes a competitive basic of £15,000 with OTE of £21,600. Company vehicle provided
